Our team was limited on supplies and equipment that was needed to fulfill our vision of our final project! However, we tried not to let lack of materials bring down our excitement for iGEMming!! Instead we got excited to find ways to work around our lack of lab equipment.

We bought a salad spinner and made our own centrifuge that we tested and used for the practice 3A assembly! Spinning a salad spinner for 12 minutes is a long time, but working as a team we took turns!
