Used Techniques: Something that was important for our process was to use the safest possible materials during our experiments. An example of this is instead of using ethidium bromide to observe DNA fragments moving through agarose gel in electrophoresis we used SYBR safe to observe it under UV light which can be dangerous if skin contact exists. In order to control this, we used an acrylic sheet so we had no contact to the light, which was something important during the whole process.
