Safety
Manipulation of chemical compounds: ethidium Bromide is a mutagenic substance, which is the reason why it’s absolutely important to use pharmaceutical gloves when using agarose gels for the electrophoresis. These gels shall NEVER be directly touched with naked skin.
Used Techniques: Something that was important for our process was to use the safest possible materials during our experiments.
