iGEM-CIDEB 2012 - Modelling Parameters

According to Beijing 2009 we’ve decided to set all the mRNA half-lives to 4.4 min, all protein lives to 40 min with the exception of the ones that are in the table of the parameters.

The cell division rate will also be considered as 30 minutes long, so the degradation rates of the mRNA would be 1/4.4 + 1/30 min, and the protein degradation rates are: 1/40 + 1/30 min
