Equations
The system of equations that describe the system (circuit) are presented here.
The constants can be found in the parameters list in the column: C. Name.
Describing the production of the protein araC.
Due to Cambridge 2009 recommendations, we’ve decided to use the next expression to describe the concentration of the “active repressor”.
