The game is based on a FreshEcoli. This FreshEcoli was accidentally transferred to a wrong plate in which there is chloranphenicol with bacteria resistant to it. However our unlucky guy doesn’t carry chloranphenicol resistance but has a weapon of his own, amphicilin.
